How much does good customer service influence your shopping experience?

I must say since I moved to the Gold Coast just over 12 months ago, I have received and continue to receive the most amazing customer service from the girls at Witchery in Pac Fair. Ok, so by now they know when I walk in the door I’m there to support their daily sales figures, but they just go that extra length especially when foot traffic at Pac Fair must be down. I didn’t mention Pac Fair last blog when I was talking about shopping destinations on the GC because unfortunately the beloved Pac Fair is in desperate need of a makeover, but with the only Myer on the Coast, I keep going back, but they are definitely behind the 8 ball now when it comes to what Robina has to offer. I have actually heard on the grapevine that Pac Fair are getting some much loved $$$ spent on them early next year, which is long overdue. Even if that dusty apricot pink is now coming back into fashion – there is nothing like a fresh coat of paint on your walls. It will be very interesting to then see what new brands they attract.

Sportsgirl are doing some great pieces lately. My favourite is their DB boyfriend Jacket, not cheap at $169.95 but is a great Classic Piece and a must have with a white Tee and black skinny jeans. Every time I wear mine people always ask where it’s from.

I can’t believe I nearly forgot to mention the SALES on at the moment. For those of you stuck behind desks at work, get up out of your desk and add to those 10000 steps a day we are all suppose to be taking, because everyone is on SALE at the moment!!! DJ’s has from 30% – 50% off, Witchery 50 % off. There are sale racks in just about every store, so it’s a great chance to grab some bargains!
